Focus on your own business and let WIPL manage your services. WIPL’s fully managed service package includes all necessary aspects of support required by any client.
HandsOn Services
Pay for common services administrative tasks that can be time consuming or require a special area of expertise while maintaining overall control of your services.
Self Managed
A self-managed service is completely managed by client. WIPL’s support will be limited to the following:
- Purchase or renewal of services
- Explaining the features and benefits of WIPL’s services
- Resetting the root password
- Provisioning your services in minutes
- Troubleshooting network performance and uptime
- Fully managed hardware
- Accessing your services via root/administrative access
- Providing you the steps to migrate your hosting
Standard Managed Services
WIPL will offer basic support and management on all our Standard Managed Services, which includes and is not limited to :
- Purchase or renewal of services
- Explaining the control panel features & reboot functions WIPL’s services
- Resetting the root password
- Troubleshooting network performance and uptime
- Fully managed hardware (Component)
- Accessing your services via root/administrative access
- Providing you the steps to migrate your hosting
- Installing your WIPL SSL certificate on qualified WIPL products
- Updating and patching core operating system
- Backing up content and data on services
Not Supported with any package:
- Troubleshooting any client, script, application or content installed by customer
- Control panel plugins & add-ons we make best effort but can not support third party plugins on the control panel
- Applications in the Parallels Plesk Application Vault and/or cPanel Application Catalog
- Training about the Internet/ how to use emails and any basic operations.
- Configuring your website’s SEO settings
- Configuring your email client
- Configuring your FTP client
- Checking for cross browser compatibility
- Fixing hacks due to customer-controlled vectors
NOTE :
- This does not include command line, Tomcat, or IIS SSL installations.
All Managed services have the ability to run backups, but must be manually run. Premium Managed services run backups Daily.
Backups are not part of the services. Please buy backup services as an add-on, when you order the services or speak to our Sales Specialist to order backup services. - Training or education on the operation of any aspect of Internet technology does not fall under our scope of work. We expect that you will have a basic understanding of Internet concepts such as DNS, email, web, web browsers, FTP, and general computer literacy.
- HandsOn Admin Services are an excellent resource to allow you to pay for common services administrative tasks that can be time consuming or require a special area of expertise while maintaining overall control of your services. Tasks are a one-time fee per service request instead of a monthly fee as with the Fully Managed plans. HandsOn Admin Services are currently available for Windows & cPanel & Webuzo based services only.
