The Wellness Program @ WIPL, for this quarter consisted of Pep Talk Sessions & An Art workshop
The 1st Pep Talk session:
The first Pep Talk session was by Mr. Sanjay Chatterjee, who has 20+ years of experience in HR & OPs, and he redefined the New Normal for us!
The 2nd Pep Talk session:
The 2nd Pep Talk session was by Mr. Rajat Pillai a software project Manager & an author of 3 books, he enlightened us on little things that would help us to embrace the new normal whole heartedly.
The Art Workshop in collaboration with San.at School – run by Ms. Sneha Mittal – it aimed at rediscovering oneself through colours through the technique called Decalcomania.
Happy Hours @ WIPL
Bringing in an overdose of SMILES and LAUGHTER with the family/friends
#HappyHours@WIPL is slightly different from the general world wide understanding associated with these two staggering terms 😉 At WIPL these hours are spent with not only the WIPLian but also their Family Members, with lots of games, riddles and talk, thus making it more happy. #TheMoreTheMerrier.
